OUR COMPANY

Plunkett Civil is a family owned and operated civil construction business located in Heyfield, Victoria. The business was established in 2020 by Will Plunkett, a Qualified Electrician, Experienced Civil Construction Supervisor and Machinery Operator.

We offer a wide variety of services and specialise in the installation of underground assets, subdivisions, road construction, bulk and general earth works. Our main client-base is local government authorities with the majority of the work coming from successful tenders and contracts through Regional Water Corps, Wellington, Latrobe, Alpine and East Gippsland Shire Councils; Richson Property Group, McInnes Earthmoving and private enterprise.

We are proud to be accredited to operate under the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) management systems and the
Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks (VEDN).

Our certifications in ISO AS/NZS 9001 Quality Management, AS/NZS ISO45001 Health and Safety Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management demonstrate that our processes meet international best practice standards, ensuring we consistently deliver a high quality customer service safely.
